The Clear Kit Newsletter

Clear Kit has been developed to remove the barriers in recruitment processes and practices to help organisations realise the benefits of a more inclusive and diverse workforce and become disability confident. The programme was initiated by the DWP, concerned by the fact that too many employers and their supply chain partners remain unsure about recruiting disabled people.

 

The Disability Clear Kit has been developed by employers for employers, which makes perfect sense as it is the employers who hold the key to enabling more disabled people to get into work.

 

Far from just an online toolkit, Clear Kit strives to keep its subscribers abreast of the thought leadership around disability and to communicate the shared learning and experiences of employers from all sectors to enhance the opportunities for recruiting disabled talent.
